About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Representative to own the full provider journey: selling our products to childcare providers, guiding them through the decision and setup process, and making sure they succeed with the products after they buy. Someone who can own and manage the entire sales funnel. This is not a "close and hand off" role. You stay with the provider from the first conversation through confident, active product usage.

What You'll Do

Sell

  • Manage a pipeline of leads in HubSpot, from inbound interest and warm marketplace leads to outbound prospecting
  • Run discovery calls to understand each provider's situation (capacity, enrollment goals, current tools, pain points) and match them to the right product tier
  • Pitch our product lineup
  • Handle objections around pricing, timing, and more with empathy and specifics, tailoring the pitch to what the provider actually needs rather than a generic script

Guide

  • Walk providers through the entire purchase and onboarding process: account setup, listing claims, product configuration, and their first wins

Drive Success

  • Follow up post-sale to confirm the provider is actively using what they bought, not just paying for it
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on actual usage
  • Spot at-risk accounts early and flag them before they churn

Run a Clean Process in HubSpot

  • Log every touch (calls, emails, meetings, texts) in HubSpot
  • Build and manage your pipeline with accurate deal stages, next steps, and close dates
  • Use HubSpot sequences, tasks, and meeting links to run a disciplined follow-up motion
  • Report on your funnel: conversion rates by stage, cycle time, and revenue closed
What You Bring
  • 1-3+ years in a sales, account executive, BDR/SDR, or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or marketplaces
  • Working fluency in HubSpot (required): you know how to run a pipeline, log activities, build sequences, use workflows and meeting tools, and pull basic reports without hand-holding
  • Strong phone and video presence; you're comfortable cold-calling a small business owner and earning their trust in five minutes
  • Organized and self-directed; you manage a book of business without being chased
  • Bonus: experience in early childhood education, childcare, edtech, or selling to small business owners
Why This Role Is Different

You'll sell to people who genuinely need help running their businesses, and the warmest leads you'll ever get: providers who already have families waiting to connect with them through our platform. Success here isn't measured only in deals closed, but in providers thriving on the product months later.
