The Sales Representative will build a sales pipeline, manage full cycle sales activities, and expand revenue within assigned territories, focusing on new customer acquisitions and close contracts.
Primary Purpose and Function
Chipply is adding an Account Executive to support continued revenue growth. This role reports to the SVP of Revenue and owns new and expansion revenue within an assigned territory. The Sales Representative identifies and qualifies opportunities, leads product demonstrations, manages the full sales cycle, and closes contracts.
You focus on new customer acquisitions while expanding revenue within existing accounts. You work closely with leadership, marketing, account management, and product teams to drive pipeline growth and quota attainment.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a qualified sales pipeline within an assigned territory to support quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prospect into target accounts through outbound and inbound efforts to engage owners, operators, and primary decision makers.
- Manage full cycle sales activities including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Communicate Chipply’s platform value clearly by tying product capabilities to customer business goals and revenue outcomes.
- Expand revenue within existing accounts through relationship management and identification of growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast data in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams to improve go-to market execution and sales processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 0 to 2 years of full cycle B2B, sporting goods or SaaS or eCommerce.
- Experience selling to the custom apparel, team dealer, sports, or promotional products market is a plus.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota in a growth stage environment.
- Comfort operating with ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
Other Requirements
Travel up to 25 percent annually.
