About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Strategy and Operations Intern to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, strategy development, and process optimization. You will work closely with our Enterprise Sales Team, Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of sales initiatives and drive operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity for someone to be part of a fast growing startup, surrounded by motivated, hungry and professional individuals looking to bring a modern solution to the financial markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, including market analysis, target identification, and go-to-market plans
  • Support the design and implementation of sales processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of sales tools and technologies to streamline operations
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the sales leadership team


Requirements

  • Current enrollment or Imminent graduation in a bachelor's or master's degree program with a focus on business, finance, marketing, economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel Required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) a Plus
  • Previous Internship Experience in Financial Services Preferred
