Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI Strategist to lead strategic enterprise accounts and play a pivotal role in shaping high-impact AI engagements. This role will work closely with our Executive Leadership Team, providing leverage on our most important deals and helping drive transformative AI adoption across major enterprises. The ideal candidate has previously served as a Senior Engagement Manager (or equivalent) at a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or comparable management consulting firms, and is familiar with complex enterprise sales motions. You must be comfortable engaging at C-level, shaping AI strategy for customers, and partnering cross-functionally to orchestrate successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership

  • Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts

  • Partner with executive sponsors, customer success, solution engineering, and product to deliver winning AI solutions.

  • Act as the strategic advisor to client leadership, helping define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.

Deal Strategy & Executive Leverage

  • Work closely with the CEO, CRO, and broader leadership team to influence deal strategy and positioning on the most strategic opportunities globally

  • Bring consulting-grade thinking to structure engagements, solution narratives, and commercial approaches.

  • Shape proposals, POVs, and strategic narratives to accelerate deal cycles.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CDO, CXO) on AI-driven business transformation.

  • Navigate complex organizational structures and drive stakeholder alignment at executive and working levels.

  • Lead strategic workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, GTM, and delivery teams to align AI solutions with customer objectives.

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy.

  • Mentor internal teams on consultative selling, strategic storytelling, and engagement design.

What You Bring
Requirement

  • Experience: 7–12 years+ overall, including time as a Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.

  • Background: Strong experience in consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation engagements.

  • Sales Motion Exposure: Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles is essential.

  • AI & Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows (LLMs a plus).

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record advising C-suite clients and managing executive relationships.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to design business cases, assess ROI, and translate strategy into actionable execution.

  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling, structured problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams in high-velocity environments.

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to AI, Generative AI platforms, or data transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working with high-growth startups or global SaaS companies.

  • MBA from a top-tier institution.
