Blend Title, a national title agency, is seeking a Title Account Executive. The position will be directly responsible for enabling the future growth of the company. We are looking for driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our fast growing organization.

How you'll contribute:

  • Responsible for the new generation of lender relationships with Blend Title and meeting Blend Title’s growth goals
  • Identifies and articulates how Blend Title can unlock significant value for our customers
  • Builds relationships internally and externally to guide strategic decisions and help develop the process of modern day title and settlement processing 
  • Leads and manages the entire Blend Title sales cycle with prospective customers from first call through contract negotiations and closing
  • Partners cross-functionally with Blend’s Relationship Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities to sell Blend Title and, where identified, lead detailed account strategy planning
  • Onboards new customers, focusing on execution and follow through on Blend’s value proposition, to ensure success

Who you are:

  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience
  • Plus if you have experience in Fintech/Title/Escrow
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop a deep understanding of the Blend Title product, current market conditions, and our customers' needs
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated listening and feedback skills
