As a Sales Compensation Administrator, you will be part of the Sales Operations team, which defines go-to-market strategy, designs compensation plans, and calculates and assigns quota and coverage. You will partner closely with the Sales team, which engages prospects and clients to close agreements, and you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of payments.

This role would ideally be located in the Pacific or Central Time Zone. 

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Engage with the Sales leaders and sales teams to explain compensation policies, and respond to inquiries when required
• Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance (FP&A, Finance Operations, Accounting), Business Intelligence, Systems and Technology team, HR and Legal
• Drive scaling and automation to minimize manual work, in coordination with the Central Sales Compensation team, and build automated reporting
• Design, develop, produce, and test reports & dashboards through Enterprise-level reporting tools
• Perform monthly attainment audits identifying outliers and drivers impacting high bonus payments

What You Bring To The Role

• 2-5+ years experience in Sales Compensation or Compensation Administration
• Deep experience Using and Administering sales compensation with SAP’s CallidusCloud
• BA/BS in Finance, Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable of US regulatory pay requirements, global knowledge is a plus
• Expert-level Excel skills, experience in Google Docs is a plus
• Ability to use SQL with some fluency
• Familiarity with Xactly is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Workday, SAP and Echosign is a plus
