Role Overview:.
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to deliver professional technical services for an upcoming client engagement. This is a fractional, contract role focused on integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Voice/Service Cloud Voice to enhance the contact center and agent experience.
Scope of Work:
- Architecture & Configuration: Lead assessments and provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce Voice (Service Cloud Voice) and Amazon Connect.
- Integration & Development: Support development work involving Lambda, APIs, and event-driven integrations to bridge Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
- Support & Optimization: Provide troubleshooting, testing, UAT assistance, and deployment support for scheduled go-lives.
- Knowledge Transfer: Deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to the client team.
Requirements & Logistics:
- Experience: Proven expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and Amazon Connect integration.
- Commitment: Fractional, as-needed engagement.
- Capacity: Up to 20 hours per week (ceiling).
- Total Work Order: Approximately 160 hours over 2 to 2.5 months.
