What You’ll Do

Solution Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with emphasis on PSA and services automation.

Platform Strategy: Provide thought leadership on integrating Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue) with PSA solutions.

Implementation Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Integration Design: Architect and oversee integrations between PSA solutions, ERP systems, financial platforms, and other business applications.

Governance & Standards: Develop best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce implementations.

Innovation: Assess and recommend new Salesforce features, AppExchange apps, and third-party tools that enhance services automation and operational excellence.

Mentorship: Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring development teams in Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices.

Who You Are

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce architect with deep expertise in Quote-to-cash (Knowledge of Agentforce Revenue is a plus) and a strong understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, architecting, and guiding the implementation of Salesforce solutions that optimize professional services delivery, resource management, project accounting, and overall service operations. The ideal candidate will pair Quote-to-cash with core Salesforce platform mastery, ensuring scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.

Quote-to-cash (QTC)

Expertise in CPQ solutions (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Agentforce Revenue etc.).

Deep understanding of contracting process (new, amendment, renewals etc.).

Experience integrating with a billing system e.g., NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo etc.

Salesforce Core Platform

Strong proficiency across Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Knowledge of PSA capabilities a plus.

Architecture & Integration

Proven experience designing integrations between Salesforce and ERP, HCM, and financial systems.

Familiarity with middleware solutions (MuleSoft, Workato, etc.).

Strong understanding of Salesforce API, data synchronization, and governance models.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate complex technical designs into clear business outcomes.

Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, including mentoring and coaching.

Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role.

Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred

PSA vendor certifications (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) preferred.
