- Support data modeling, data quality, and reporting needs across business units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues; ensure timely follow-through and documentation.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily standups.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI-driven capabilities, platform enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- REST/SOAP web services
- Salesforce Experience Cloud (Required) and Sales Cloud (required) and at least one of: Media Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex configurations and custom solutions.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD tools (Copado preferred).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft and external systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
