We are seeking a skilled and self-sufficient Solution Architect with 5-10 years of experience in high-tech and consulting, specializing in Salesforce—particularly CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud. This individual will lead the design and execution of solutions for a recently launched project, providing strategic insights and technical leadership to ensure a high-quality, scalable Salesforce implementation. With Sales Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud certifications, the Solution Architect will leverage Salesforce best practices to meet business needs and exceed client expectations. 


Requirements
  • Solution Design and Architecture 
    • Lead architecture and design efforts across Salesforce CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud, ensuring robust, scalable solutions. 
    • Create detailed architectural plans that meet both immediate and future business requirements. 
    • Ensure all designs align with Salesforce’s best practices and offer long-term stability. 
  • Technical Leadership 
    • Act independently with minimal oversight to drive the solution architecture, making crucial technical decisions to guide project direction. 
    • Provide expertise to project stakeholders and teams on Salesforce capabilities, with a focus on CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Core Salesforce. 
    • Define standards for development, deployment, and maintenance to optimize performance and integration with other systems. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration 
    • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions. 
    • Serve as a primary contact for project stakeholders, aligning on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. 
    • Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to assess solution effectiveness and adapt based on feedback. 
  • Project Implementation and Oversight 
    • Manage the full implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations across CPQ, Experience Cloud, and Core Salesforce. 
    • Collaborate with project teams to achieve timely, budget-compliant project delivery. 
    • Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. 
  • Innovation and Optimization 
    • Stay current with Salesforce updates, particularly within CPQ, Experience Cloud, and industry developments, proactively suggesting improvements. 
    • Continuously evaluate project progress, adapting technical approaches as necessary to maximize solution effectiveness.
