- Contribute to solution architecture, design, and customization, while working closely with development teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and project deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or another computer-related discipline.
- Required: 3+ years of relevant consulting experience, including hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and the broader CRM ecosystem, with certifications in one or more of the following: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with the design, implementation, and customization of CRM systems within the life sciences/healthcare domain.
- Salesforce certifications in Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Salesforce Administrator are preferred.
- Deep understanding of the functional aspects of CRM and Salesforce implementations, with the ability to manage both technical and functional requirements and deliverables.
- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in working with healthcare companies (Pharma, Life Sciences, Med Tech, etc.) and knowledge of industry-specific challenges is preferred.
