Job Summary:

 

Genesis Consulting is seeking a Senior SAP Process Orchestration (PO/Interfaces) Support Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support the development, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex SAP and non-SAP interfaces. The consultant will support integrations across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments and work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure reliable data exchange and business process integration.

Duties, Responsibilities, & Skills:

 

·        Configure, develop, customize, monitor, and troubleshoot complex SAP interfaces.

·        Support integrations across HCM, Finance & Logistics, Enterprise Asset Management, Utilities, CRM, BW, GRC, and other SAP platforms.

·        Support interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications, including SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Ariba, Accela, Itron, and cloud-based solutions.

·        Perform interface analysis, design, development, mapping, error handling, and monitoring.

·        Support Process Integration, Data Integration, and Machine Integration.

·        Analyze interface failures, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production issues.

·        Support job scheduling and interface processing using Control-M.

·        Create technical interface unit test documentation and support testing and validation with functional teams.

·        Collaborate with SAP Functional and Integration teams to ensure successful interface delivery and ongoing support.

·        Support interface modernization and migration initiatives, including SAP PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite.



Requirements

·        5+ years of SAP PO/Interface development and support experience in a metrics- and KPI-driven environment.

·        Strong experience with SAP PO 7.4/7.5 (Java stack) and SAP NetWeaver.

·        Experience with Java development using NWDS/NWDI.

·        Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, HTTP, and SFTP.

·        Experience with OData, EDI, IDoc, RFC, FILE, and JMS adapters.

·        Experience with CTS+ and SAP integration technologies.

·        Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Integration Suite.

·        Experience with PO-to-BTP migration is highly preferred.

·        Knowledge of SAP API Management and Event Mesh.

·        Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Ability to analyze complex integration requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively.

Minimum Education:

 

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another related field.

 

Required Certifications:

 

·        SAP Certifications Preferred.
