Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project meetings involving all relevant stakeholders
- Support IT Project Managers by updating project plans and task progress
- Create meeting minutes and follow up on action items and deliverables
- Provide research information for management and support team, as needed
- Manage and take responsibility for defined tasks and small projects
- Manage project content (documents, drawings, schedules, etc)
- Assist in development of project charters, including scope, objectives, risks, and feasibility studies
- Assist IT Project Managers in developing detailed project plans for key initiatives
- Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree. Organized, detail oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Product knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Project, etc.)
- Willing to be mentored, take direction, and execute objectives in a collaborative team environment
- Project Management Certification desirable but not required.
