Type: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week (Wednesday–Sunday)
Compensation: $20–$28/hour + performance-based commission , targeted $50K-$74K/year

The School Advisor and Coordinator represents the image of Think Academy — responsible for welcoming new families, guiding them through program options, and ensuring that both new and existing students enjoy a positive, supportive experience at the campus. This role combines front-desk professionalism, parent communication, and enrollment conversion.
About the RoleThe School Advisor & Enrollment Coordinator serves as the face of Think Academy, creating exceptional experiences for prospective and current families. This role combines educational consultation, student assessment, customer relationship management, and enrollment conversion.
As the first point of contact for parents and students, you will conduct learning assessments, analyze students' academic needs, recommend personalized learning pathways, and guide families through the enrollment process. This is an outgoing, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building trust, and helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Student Assessment & Educational Consultation- Welcome prospective families and build strong relationships with parents and students.
- Conduct student evaluations, placement assessments, and learning consultations.
- Analyze assessment results and identify students' strengths, challenges, and learning needs.
- Recommend appropriate courses, programs, and long-term learning plans based on individual student goals.
- Clearly communicate academic recommendations and program benefits to families.
- Guide families through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration.
- Follow up with prospective families and trial students to maximize enrollment conversion.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with parents and provide continuous support throughout the student's learning journey.
- Address parent concerns and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track leads, consultations, enrollments, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and students.
- Manage student check-in/check-out procedures and daily front desk operations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional campus environment.
- Coordinate with teachers and operations teams to ensure smooth student experiences.
- Support open houses, parent workshops, student activities, and promotional events.
- Represent Think Academy professionally at community outreach and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to enhance enrollment growth and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, education, admissions, enrollment, or relationship management preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin required.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and students throughout the day.
- Results-oriented with the ability to build trust and convert consultations into enrollments.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
