Title : Enrollment Coordinator  

Location: Cupertino, CA  

Type: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week (Wednesday–Sunday)

Compensation: Compensation: $24–$28/hour (based on experience) + commission for each student enrollment, with performance-based quarterly and annual incentivesTarget annual compensation: $50,000–$74,000.

As an Enrollment Coordinator  you'll be the first person families meet on their educational journey. By understanding each student's academic needs, you'll help parents identify the right programs and guide them through a welcoming, seamless enrollment experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with families, and making a meaningful impact through education. You'll also collaborate closely with teachers and campus staff to ensure every family receives exceptional support from their first visit onward.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Enrollment & Consultation

  • Greet and consult with walk-in or online parents to understand student needs. 
  • Present Think Academy programs and recommend appropriate classes or learning paths. 
  • Support placement tests and trial classes, and guide parents through the enrollment process. 
  • Follow up with potential families to maximize conversion and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 

 2. Front Desk & Parent Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors — in person, by phone, and via email. 
  • Handle class scheduling, student check-in/out, and inquiries with warmth and efficiency. 
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front-desk environment. 
  • Coordinate with teachers and operations teams to resolve classroom or scheduling issues. 

 3. Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Assist with campus events, workshops, and open houses. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure consistent service and smooth workflow. 

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in admissions, education, customer service, retail, hospitality, or consultative sales. 
  • Experience meeting performance or enrollment goals.
