About Conception:
Conception is pioneering the future of reproductive biology by generating functional human eggs from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). The role:
We are searching for a Senior Research Associate or Associate Scientist to join our ovarian somatic cell (OSC) research team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong hands-on experience in iPSC culture and sterile technique, who is also a highly organized and detail-oriented researcher. Familiarity with 3D cultures or downstream differentiations is a plus, but not required.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and expand human iPSC lines: including routine culture, passaging, and monitoring morphology/health
Execute downstream differentiations to evaluate line quality and performance
Growth opportunities for data analysis techniques while working closely with senior team members
Prepare critical reagents: including preparation of media, small molecules, and other cell culture reagents
Experience level:
PhD or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated ability to follow protocols meticulously, maintain clean cultures, and record data with high integrity
Comfortable working with multiple cell lines and timelines
Positive attitude, team mindset, flexibility, and excitement to be at the bench
