Description

This role will complement an interdisciplinary team building molecular probes and synthetic biomarkers for the detection of disease. Each person on this team designs and runs their own in-vitro and in-vivo experiments to quickly iterate on new concepts that can dramatically improve the efficiency of healthcare through more accurate and less expensive diagnostics.

Responsibilities
  • Design experiments, and perform all hands-on work involved.

  • Perform all data collection and processing along with analysis of results.

  • Develop novel laboratory assays as needed.

  • Be self-directed and develop new solutions without guidance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, or cancer biology.

  • 7 year hands-on experience with experimental design and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in molecular biology, or cancer biology.

  • 3 years hands-on experience with experimental design and execution.

  • Has performed research in both immunology and cancer biology.

Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $162,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
