Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  2. Coach and mentor Scrum teams in adopting Agile principles and practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  3. 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  7. Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
  8. Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly.
  10. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  11. Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean is a plus.
