Trusted by some of the most innovative go-to-market teams, Unify enables reps to spend less time on manual work and more time building relationships, delivering up to 90% time savings on list building and 19% higher output per rep.
We're building a team of curious, ambitious people who care deeply about craftsmanship, move with urgency, and thrive in fast-paced environments. If you're excited about shaping the future of AI and building products that redefine how modern revenue teams work, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving new logo acquisition across all segments: SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, while building the systems, culture, and talent that will fuel Unify's next phase of growth.

You'll manage a team of 8+ BDRs, own the new business pipeline number, and work cross-functionally with sales, and Growth Marketing to build a repeatable, scalable outbound motion. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to get the best out of a team without losing sight of the details.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8+ BDRs across all segments

  • Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching to continuously raise the bar

  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new team members quickly and effectively

  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and high performance

Own the New Business Number

  • Drive outbound pipeline generation and new logo revenue across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise

  • Own forecasting and reporting with accuracy and consistency

  • Identify and close gaps in pipeline coverage before they become misses

Build & Optimize the Outbound Motion

  • Partner with Growth Marketing to build scalable outbound plays and sequences

  • Leverage Unify's own platform to model best-in-class intent-driven outbound for the team

  • Continuously refine territory, segmentation, and targeting strategies

  • Establish and iterate on playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection handling guides

Operate Cross-Functionally

  • Serve as the voice of the sales team to product, marketing, and leadership. We sell to Sales teams, so feedback from our internal team on our product is paramount.

  • Contribute to broader go-to-market strategy as a key member of the revenue leadership team

What You'll Need

Experience

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years managing a team of AEs or BDRs

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding new business targets as both an IC and a manager

  • Experience managing teams of 8+ across multiple segments or deal sizes

  • Background in outbound-led sales motions; familiarity with intent data or GTM tooling is a strong plus

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline

  • Excellent coaching and talent development instincts

  • Data-driven approach to managing performance and identifying trends

  • Ability to build and iterate on process without over-engineering it

  • Clear, direct communicator who can influence up, down, and across the org

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy

Compensation:

The annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000, with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. This position is onsite in either San Francisco, CA, or New York City, NY, offering the invaluable opportunity to work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact. You'll be at the center of our fast-paced operations, contributing to a culture that values engagement, growth, and teamwork.
