The Semiconductor Change Management Engineer holds a vital position in maintaining the seamless functioning and development of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES or equivalent experience). This role works in close partnership with manufacturing, IT, and process teams to promote system coherence, support high-quality implementation, and guarantee that changes are applied with careful precision and consistency. This is an outstanding chance to impact daily fab operations and play a key part in our achievements!
Responsibilities:
  • Support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and system improvements
  • Drive global alignment of Best-Known Methods (BKM) for Traveler Control and Process Control configurations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and complete system and process changes
  • Serve as the MES application owner, including user training, updates, and ongoing support
  • Analyze system performance and data to identify improvements and drive corrective actions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Over 2 years of experience in change management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data solutions to large groups

Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 3 years of experience with change management in a semiconductor manufacturing or with fab related systems
  • Experience with MES applications, Traveler Control, Process Control systems, or Manufacturing system configuration
  • Background supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS), business process governance, or controlled change management
