Maintain accurate Pipedrive CRM records, complete KPI reports, participate in training and call reviews, and consistently achieve a 35% or higher close rate. The role requires strong negotiation, objection handling, communication, and performance in a remote, high-accountability sales environment.

- Work your pipeline between calls: follow‑ups, second calls for strong prospects, and maximizing every lead.
- Maintain clean CRM data in Pipedrive and complete simple daily KPI reports.
- Join regular training and call reviews; we invest heavily in sharpening top performers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B high‑ticket sales, ideally selling agency services, consulting, or other B2B service‑based offers to business owners.
