Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid- size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. As part of sales process, create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition by selling Comcast Business Internet, Video, Voice, and connectivity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through a combination of prospecting, networking, referrals, community engagement, and partner relationships.
  • Strategically manage a defined territory through high levels of customer engagement, prospecting activity, and execution of a comprehensive business plan.
  • Develop and grow your assigned territory by building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and strategic partners while strengthening the Comcast Business brand presence.
  • Build and maintain local business partnerships and organizational affiliations that enhance Comcast's reputation and market presence within the community.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance objectives.
  • Leverage a consultative sales approach to identify business challenges and recommend solutions that help customers improve communication, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Consult with customers on advanced communication solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales goals, business objectives, and quality performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Comcast Business products, services, and industry trends to effectively position solutions for customers.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, customer success, and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales activity and pipeline reports to support business planning and performance.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to Comcast's values in all customer and business interactions.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and actively participate in team activities, meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Base Pay: $55,000.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $105,000.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
