About Compyl

Compyl is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company redefining the GRC space and transforming how businesses approach governance, risk, and compliance. We serve mid-market and enterprise customers that demand operational excellence, continuous compliance, and real-time visibility into their risk landscape.

Backed by top-tier investors and scaling rapidly, we're on a mission to make security effortless. Joining Compyl means stepping into a forward-thinking, fast-paced environment where your work directly fuels our momentum. If you're passionate about building impactful technology and want to grow with a company shaping the future of GRC, we'd love to have you on board.

The Role

We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive growth across our mid-market and enterprise customer segments. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract, targeting organizations ranging from growing mid-market companies to large enterprises in regulated industries. You'll partner closely with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges.

This is a key role for an experienced SaaS seller who understands consultative, solution-based selling and thrives in a startup environment.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close.

  • Maintain a consistent cadence of 5–7 high-quality meetings per month via warm introductions, partner referrals, and strategic outbound prospecting.

  • Build and execute account plans, including land-and-expand strategies to maximize account value.

  • Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns and SDR-generated opportunities, progressing them through to close.

  • Build trusted partner relationships and manage strategic alliances in your territory.

  • Map customer pain points and business outcomes to Compyl's solutions, clearly articulating ROI and value.

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes — from single-threaded mid-market deals to complex enterprise cycles involving multiple stakeholders, budget cycles, and technical evaluations.

  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to align Compyl's offerings with customer priorities.

  • Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts, maintain strong CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to sales leadership.

  • Represent Compyl at industry events, customer briefings, webinars, and virtual roadshows.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC.

  • Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing $800K–$1.2M+ in ARR annually, including partner-led sales motions.

  • Experience managing multi-phase sales cycles across a range of deal sizes, from mid-market to enterprise (Fortune 1000) customers.

  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN Selling).

  • Self-starter with a builder mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to GTM strategy.

  • Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other modern sales tools.

Why Join Us
  • OTE: $240,000 to $300,000 (50/50 base and variable comp split) **Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as equity allocation, prior training, transferable skills, work experience, location, and evolving business needs.

  • Meaningful equity in a fast-growing company

  • Uncapped earnings potential

  • Remote-first culture with flexible PTO

  • Access to a highly supportive, execution-focused leadership team

  • Opportunity to shape the growth and foundation of a high-impact SaaS product

  • A team that values collaboration, accountability, and transparency
