$57,400.00 and $94,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$64,800.

What Our Senior Account Executive Enjoy Most About the Role
- Actively supporting efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Placing orders through order management software, ensuring all administrative work is accurate and timely, and focusing on sales by handing off non-sales inquiries to Customer Service.
- Having a complete understanding of Spectrum Business coax services, rates, and applicable taxes.
- Demonstrating and practicing selling skills, mentoring Account Executives, and continuously learning and implementing new sales techniques.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, using Salesforce.com, and meeting and exceeding performance standards as defined by the department.

Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong desire for growth within the company and to help build the strength of the Spectrum Business team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model
- 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive at Charter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Business-to-business sales experience
