Fusable’s Risk Intelligence division is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as a trusted strategic partner to some of the most influential carriers and brokers in the P&C Commercial Auto (Transportation) insurance market. In this role, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts, including industry‑leading solutions such as Price Digests and Central Analysis Bureau.

You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology, and insurance expertise, helping clients unlock the full value of our SaaS and DaaS (API‑driven) solutions to improve underwriting, pricing, and risk mitigation. What You’ll DoStrategic Account Ownership
  • Own the end‑to‑end relationship for a portfolio of existing enterprise clients, from onboarding through long‑term value realization.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients achieve measurable ROI from Fusable’s Risk Intelligence solutions.
Growth & Retention
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and cross‑sell opportunities across the Fusable product suite.
  • Identify whitespace and proactively position additional solutions aligned to client business objectives.
Executive Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead executive business reviews, develop account plans, and align solutions to evolving client needs.
Data‑Driven Client Advocacy
  • Monitor product usage, KPIs, and client health dashboards to identify adoption gaps and mitigate churn risk.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights that support carrier profitability and risk reduction.
Voice of the Customer
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams to share client feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

  • Advocate for customer needs while balancing scalability and product strategy.

  • This role reports to the VP, Head of Sales – Risk Intelligence.

What You’ll Need to SucceedExperience & Industry Knowledge
  • 5+ years of B2B account management, customer success, or client relationship experience.
  • Strong preference for experience in P&C Commercial Auto (Transportation) insurance.
  • Working knowledge of risk exposures, loss control, underwriting, or insurance analytics is a strong plus.
Data & Technology Fluency
  • Comfortable operating in a data‑driven, quantitative environment.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of SaaS and DaaS/API solutions, and how data insights drive business outcomes.
Communication & Influence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships with executive‑level stakeholders.
Tools & Ways of Working
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and advanced MS Office skills.
  • Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
