The Senior Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting tasks, financial reporting, GL management, and compliance, aiding in process improvement.
Description
Engrain builds map-based tech that's redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies-and 20,000 properties-to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it's working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we've been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
We're not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don't do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds-with a fresh raise on the horizon-we're entering a phase of serious scale.
As Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in Engrain's growing finance team. You will partner directly with the Accounting Manager to support full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of our financial data while helping us scale.
While you will maintain ownership of accounts payable, this role goes beyond data entry. You will contribute to month-end close, assist with financial reporting, and help streamline processes to support a fast-paced SaaS environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented professional eager to expand their skills in General Ledger (GL) accounting, GAAP compliance, and financial analysis.
