About this Role
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable Senior Accountant to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations as we scale. This person will manage Accounts Payable end-to-end, support month-end close, maintain accurate financial records, and partner with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a great role for someone with a few years of bookkeeping or accounting experience who is ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and help build the backbone of a fast-moving startup’s finance function.
Responsibilities
Manage the full Accounts Payable & Receivables process, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online and Ramp
Support month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and variance checks
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements as needed
Track vendor activity and coordinate with the team on purchasing and spend
Work with team on proper departmental and project coding for all expenses
Help prepare regular financial summaries and reports for leadership, including monthly corporate model update
Maintain and document accounting processes and internal controls
Support annual tax filings, audit preparation, and work with external accountants
Take on additional accounting or operational tasks as needed
Ideal Qualifications
2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and journal entries
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Ramp, or similar systems
High accuracy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required
