  • Establish and maintain revenue recognition policies in accordance with ASC 606

  • Lead the selection and implementation of our ERP system, designing scalable financial workflows

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations

  • Develop and document internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

  • Lead audit management end-to-end, ensuring clean audited financials and timely tax filings

  • Partner with FP&A and executive leadership to deliver financial reporting and analysis that informs decision-making

  • Hire and develop the accounting team as the company grows

What you Bring to the Table

  • CPA required

  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, particularly ASC 606 revenue recognition

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models

  • Experience implementing or significantly improving NetSuite or a similar ERP system

  • Experience supporting financial audits and maintaining documentation related to SOC 1, ISO, or similar compliance frameworks

  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment

  • While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

    • Prior experience as the first or early accounting hire at a startup

    • Big Four or national public accounting firm experience

    • Experience managing spend management or procurement tooling

    • Exposure to international accounting considerations

    • Experience partnering closely with Product or Engineering teams in a technology company

Benefits

  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k
