Rate: $35-$38/hr on W2

Job Summary
In this role, you will deliver high‑level administrative, operational, and program support, requiring strong judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and cross‑time‑zone scheduling
- Coordinate domestic/international travel and detailed itineraries
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow‑ups
- Serve as primary contact for executive communications and meeting requests
- Process expenses, purchase requests, invoices, and administrative transactions
- Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, offsites, and team events
- Partner with Finance, P&C, Communications, Procurement, and cross‑functional teams
- Manage vendor activities, POs, SoWs, contracts, and invoice processing
- Support lab/office operations, space planning, equipment moves, and site services
Qualifications
- 7+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders
- Experience with complex calendars, travel, and event coordination
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom
Preferred
- Experience in biotech, healthcare, or global matrix organizations
- Familiarity with procurement, contracts, and financial processes
- Experience using digital productivity or AI‑enabled tools
