Gong is seeking a Senior AI Transformation and Operations Engineer who can operate at the intersection of business transformation and technical execution. Sitting within our IT organization, this role is the heartbeat of our internal digital transformation, defining the AI strategy that creates sustainable competitive advantage while ensuring our enterprise AI operations are governed, consistent, and scalable.

You will partner cross functionally across Talent, Sales, Support, and Go-To-Market to identify the highest value AI opportunities, then drive them from concept to measurable business outcome. At the innovation level, you will shape high-level AI objectives and build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real ROI. At the operations level, you will ensure our enterprise AI spend delivers maximum value. This is an individual contributor role designed for a "scrappy builder" who thinks like a business strategist and executes like an engineer.

  • Performance Monitoring: Build dashboards to track SLAs/SLOs (latency, accuracy, uptime) and monitor usage, cost, and error rates.
