Job Summary
Previous Comcast experience required The Senior Analyst, Mass Changes delivers large-scale, automated updates to products, pricing, and customer accounts. The team uses programmatic, system-driven capabilities to execute complex changes with precision and speed-enabling scalability through controlled execution across thousands to millions of records. The Senior Analyst supports end-to-end delivery of national billing changes, including rate events, financial adjustments, and billing configurations through proven processes and automations. Translate business priorities into actionable solutions, provide data-driven insights, and proactively recommend optimizations that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and billing accuracy.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Execute high-volume system updates (rate changes, transfers, discounts, cycle moves)
  • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver automated billing solutions
  • Validate and support deployments to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain technical and operational documentation (SOPs, user guides)
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
  • Test system enhancements and support implementations
  • Escalate risks, defects, and dependencies impacting delivery
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards (PII/CPNI)
  • Support off-hours releases and high-impact changes
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Highly Preferred Skills
  • SQL/database proficiency (Oracle), data validation, and API/interface knowledge

  • 3+ years in billing systems (CSG, Amdocs, Ascendon, or prepaid)
  • Experience in system configuration, billing operations, and automation
  • Background in requirements analysis, testing, and large-scale implementations
