Job Description

Internal consultant responsible for supporting the development of analytic reporting, and support for performance improvement and cost reduction projects.  Provides technical advice, project management and written deliverables to facilitate achievement of the hospitals business objectives, with emphasis on understanding the finance components of the electronic data warehouse and financial reporting systems. The position will provide business analytics relating to quality, patient satisfaction and cost reduction decision support.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e., business, IT, nursing, health administration or finance). 

Five (5) years in an analyst position having related responsibilities and duties. 

Experience in healthcare, enterprise data management, data warehousing, financial  modeling, business intelligence or financial analytics reporting. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Consultative and collaborative skills.
