THE ROLE

Join the Monetization Strategy & Operations team within the CFO organization as the Senior Analyst responsible for optimizing our foundational subscription offerings, Foundation and Forever. In this high-impact role, you will own operational initiatives that improve how our subscription business runs, translating business strategy into scalable Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes while partnering across Product, IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

You will serve as a key operational partner responsible for improving business processes, defining requirements for system enhancements, leveraging analytics to drive decision-making, and helping scale subscription growth through operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and continuously improve the operational lifecycle for our Foundation and Forever subscription offerings, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, accelerate feature delivery, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze renewal and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement scalable solutions across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements by defining, documenting, and validating system enhancements in partnership with IT and engineering teams.
  • Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide actionable insights to leadership and drive data-informed decision making.
  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for Foundation and Forever product operations, partnering closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Order Management, and IT to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Drive adoption of new operational processes, product capabilities, and system enhancements through cross-functional collaboration and effective change management.
  • Partner with IT to prioritize enhancements, manage feature delivery through Jira, and ensure business requirements are successfully implemented.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience supporting product operations, business operations, revenue operations, subscription operations, or Quote-to-Cash processes within a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environment.
  • Practical understanding of subscription business models and hardware product configuration complexity.
  • Experience defining, documenting, and validating business requirements for system enhancements.
  • Functional knowledge of CRM, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash processes and the ability to partner effectively with technical teams on business system improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using dashboards, KPIs, and operational data to drive business decisions and continuous process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Finance, IT, Sales, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver operational improvements.
  • Experience partnering with IT teams to prioritize features, manage delivery through Jira, and support implementation of business process enhancements.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity. 

There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled.

The annual base salary range is:
$126,000$189,000 USD
