About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Business Operations & Strategy to be a strategic partner to our COO and the operational backbone of the company’s rhythm of business. You'll work directly with the COO and functional leaders across Customer Support, People, and Finance to drive execution on the highest-priority cross-functional initiatives.

This isn’t a passive coordinator role. You’ll drive the operating cadence end-to-end — designing forums, preparing the context, driving follow-through, and making sure leadership’s time and attention are focused on the highest-leverage decisions. You'll also own a portfolio of strategic projects, from company planning to 0→1 initiatives.

You’ll report to the Head of BizOps & Strategy and partner closely with the COO, Finance, People and other cross-functional leadership.

What You’ll Own

Rhythm of Business & COO Effectiveness

  • Drive the company’s operating cadence — weekly leadership syncs, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and annual offsites — ensuring each forum has clear purpose, the right participants, and well-prepared context

  • Act as the COO’s strategic thought partner: shape agenda priorities, pre-read materials, and follow-through on decisions and action items so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Build the connective tissue between the COO and functional leaders — maintain visibility into work stream progress, surface blockers early, and drive cross-functional accountability

Insights & Business Performance

  • Drive the company’s performance dashboard — interpret and curate the metrics and narrative that give leadership a clear, honest read on the business each week and month

  • Partner with Finance and Data to develop models, forecasts, and scenarios that inform goal-setting and resource allocation

  • Translate business performance data into crisp, actionable insights for the COO, leadership team, and board

Special Projects

  • Own coordination and end-to-end execution for the COO's highest-priority strategic initiatives, track milestones, hold teams accountable, and drive outcomes across Customer Support, People, and Finance

  • Answer hard strategic questions: break down ambiguous problems, structure the analysis, and deliver a clear recommendation

  • Take on 0→1 projects where the path isn't defined yet: stand up new processes, run pilots, and build the infrastructure that didn't exist before you got here

What You’ll Need

You have:

  • 5+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth tech company in strategy, operations, or chief of staff roles

  • Experience building and running operating cadences — business reviews, planning cycles, executive forums — at a fast-moving company

  • Worked directly with a COO, CEO, or C-suite executive and know how to manage up, anticipate needs, and communicate with precision

  • Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and accountability on complex, ambiguous initiatives

  • Comfort with quantitative analysis and financial modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) to support strategic decisions

You’re energized by:

  • Building the operating infrastructure that makes a leadership team more effective

  • Being the person who makes things happen, not just recommends them

  • Working across every part of the business at once

Additional Notes:
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

  • This is an in person role working at our NYC/ CAM office

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $150K – $180K + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)

Perks & Benefits
  • Company Equity Package

  • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match & Roth 401(k)

  • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance (PPO w/ HSA & FSA options)

  • 11 Paid Holidays + Unlimited PTO & Sick Time

  • 16 Weeks of Paid Parental Leave

  • Creative Education Stipend

  • Generous Commuter Allowance

  • In-Office Lunch (5 days per week)
