About Lume and Mando

Founded in 2017, Lume is a transformative personal care brand on a mission to normalize body odor beyond pits and provide people with outrageously effective solutions so they don’t have to think twice about odor. We are pioneers of the whole body deodorant category, with a portfolio of odor-blocking products including anti-perspirants, aluminum-free deodorants, body washes, body creams, cleansing bars and laundry sprays. Lume products are OB/GYN developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and often referred to as “life-changing” by our customers. In late 2022, we launched a men’s line called Mando, bringing our expertise to the men’s personal care category. From whole body deodorants to body washes, our product offerings arm men with the confidence to show up as their best selves as they move about their busy day.

Lume and Mando are part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.

About the team

The Growth Marketing team at Lume & Mando is a fast-moving, data-driven group that owns the development and execution of paid media strategy across our key marketing channels. The work we do is central to growing the business across all channels, and we partner closely with creative, finance, planning, and others in order to drive new customer acquisition and stay on the cutting edge of digital strategy, consumer trends, and business needs.

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical, high-ownership Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and play a direct role in scaling Mammoth Brands and Lume/Mando. This is a high impact position with real decision making power. You will manage meaningful budgets across our core digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and more, and you will see the immediate revenue impact of your work.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, think deeply, and take responsibility. We care far more about how you think than where you have worked. Whether your background is in performance marketing, consulting, finance, analytics, or another quantitative field, what matters is your ability to dig into data, find the “why,” and turn insight into action. You will work closely with senior growth leaders, gain exposure to how a scaled consumer business drives growth, and quickly grow into broader strategic ownership.

What you will accomplish
  • Own Strategy and Budgets: You will own the day to day strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes setting channel strategy, allocating budgets, launching campaigns, and making real time decisions that directly affect company growth.
  • Optimize Performance in Real Time: You will monitor performance daily, diagnose what is working and what is not, and proactively adjust strategy to improve efficiency and scale. You will be trusted to make calls based on data, not just follow a playbook.
  • Shape Creative Direction: You will partner closely with our creative team and use performance data to influence what we make next. You will turn insights into clear creative briefs for new videos, images, and copy and see those ideas tested quickly.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and run rigorous A/B tests—from landing pages to bidding strategies—to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Translate Data Into Insight: You will build clear, actionable reporting that helps leadership understand what is driving growth, where we are winning, and where we need to pivot. Your analysis will directly inform strategic decisions.
This should describe you
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You are comfortable living in Excel or Google Sheets. You don’t just report on numbers, you understand what they mean, how they relate to each other, and how to use them to make better decisions.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for a playbook. When a campaign isn't performing, you enjoy the "detective work" required to find a solution.
  • High Ownership: You take extreme pride in your work. You are a self-starter who moves fast and hits deadlines without needing to be micro-managed.
  • Clear Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply and are comfortable collaborating across different teams like Creative, Product, or Finance.
  • Flexible & Adaptable: You know how to pivot in the face of the unexpected, aren’t overly attached to preconceived notions when presented with new information or a lack thereof, and can navigate ambiguity gracefully.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment (e.g., Management Consulting, Finance, or Performance Marketing).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, Math, etc.).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets are a must.
  • Mindset: A strong desire to learn the mechanics of growth marketing and a "no task too small" attitude. We are a small team, so scrappiness and teamwork are the baseline.

While we are happy to train the right candidate, familiarity with the following tools and concepts is a plus:

  • Paid Media Platforms: Experience and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager, including navigation, tools, best practices, etc.
  • Analytics Tools: Basic exposure to Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker, or similar data platforms.
  • Marketing Math: Understanding of core digital metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, CTR, etc.
Here's who you'll work with
  • Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager
  • Working on the Growth Marketing team
  • Working cross functionally with Creative, Finance, Web, Retail, and more.

Benefits and perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands
  • Flexible time off and working hours
  • Wellness and L&D stipends
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
  • 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
  • Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
  • Free products from all of our brands

The Mammoth Brands working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

We can’t quantify all of the intangible things we think you’ll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $71,200-$89,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.

Mammoth Brands is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and do great work together.
