  • Documentation and logging of information gleaned from teams and development of processes to consume and evaluate that information internally
  • Proactive “campaign” data management and tracking of opportunities both outside and within the firm’s Salesforce environment
  • Creation and maintenance of candidate Salesforce records and daily management of status, action items and open item facilitation for each team
  • Facilitation and support of business diligence, and collaboration with key internal partners across Human Capital, Marketing, Leadership Team, Legal, Operations, Investment Research, and Finance functions to help prepare for the arrival of teams
  • Coordination of third-party recruiter partners including relationship development, candidate vetting and process management
  • Development of tools, memoranda, models, reporting and other documentation to improve the overall business process and memorialization of the process
Qualifications
