What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is seeking a Sr. Associate, Partner Marketing to play a key role in advancing our global, partner-centric go-to-market strategy. Reporting into Partner Marketing, this role will support and lead co-marketing initiatives across a portfolio of strategic ecosystem and liquidity partners, including blockchains, DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, market makers, capital markets firms, and web3 infrastructure providers.
This role will be responsible for driving adoption, liquidity, and meaningful onchain activity across Circle's product suite, including USDC, EURC, USYC, CCTP, Gateway, and emerging financial infrastructure. In this role, you will help develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, translating product capabilities into compelling campaigns that accelerate developer engagement, ecosystem growth, and transaction volume.
This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain networks, stablecoins, liquidity dynamics, and onchain financial infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, capable of managing multiple partner engagements simultaneously, creating high-impact content and launch materials, and measuring campaign performance to inform ongoing GTM optimization.
What you'll work on:
  • Act as the key marketing stakeholder with all strategic partners across all engagements, focusing on partners across many verticals including Blockchains, DeFi Protocols, Wallets, Exchanges, Capital Markets, Stablecoin Issuers and Infrastructure.
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive developer engagement and meaningful activity across USDC, EURC, USYC, CCTP, Gateway and other emerging products.
  • You will be the primary point of contact to our partner's marketing teams, collaborating with them to develop a GTM strategy, growth hypotheses, and campaign plans.
  • Create and manage partner marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop educational resources for our partners, including framework and process docs, and product overview materials.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the results of partner marketing campaigns

What you'll bring to Circle:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a combination of crypto and partner marketing or technology marketing.
  • Knowledge of blockchain and crypto technology, digital assets, and capital markets is required. Experience in payments, fintech, or TradFi is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience with campaign management and execution, including developing marketing collateral from the ground up.
  • Highly independent and motivated to dive deep into the tech and learn.
  • Thrives in unstructured environments and builds structure in chaos.
  • Experience with driving GTM execution alongside highly cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $112,500 - $147,500
