You'll conduct trade practice oversight, collaborate directly with regulators, and strengthen the controls that protect our customers and our business. What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Regulation
  • Conduct daily trade practice surveillance and support the onboarding of new customers to promote compliance from day one.
  • Prepare, draft, and submit accurate and timely regulatory filings to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, while identifying, investigating, and escalating potential trade practice violations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Partner closely with the Regulation team on investigations, regulatory reporting, and all matters related to trade practice oversight.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with regulators to support ongoing compliance with Commodity Futures Trading Commission rules and regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Exchange and third-party service providers to implement and enhance market surveillance systems.
  • Provide rotational coverage during market hours to ensure continuous, effective market monitoring and timely risk response.

What you'll bring
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience in market regulation or compliance within a Designated Contract Market, exchange, broker-dealer, or regulatory oversight body.
  • A strong understanding of trade lifecycles, including order processing, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability when handling sensitive or time-critical data, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with case management systems and market surveillance tools; experience leveraging these platforms to support investigations is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or broader financial markets, with a curiosity about how emerging products intersect with regulation.
