Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
To help our teams work together effectively, this role is fully remote across all USA time zones, with a preference for Pacific Time or Mountain Standard Time Zones.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our DX team, someone who's as comfortable diving into a Ruby on Rails codebase and raw SQL. You'll work end-to-end on features: from shaping vague problem statements with product and design, to shipping high-quality code, to measuring impact and iterating quickly.
What You'll Do:
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. We follow consistent hiring practices and account for each candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience when setting base pay within the range.
