Senior BDR / Sales Support Hybrid

The Opportunity

Join the team transforming how employers and health plans deliver world-class MSK care by strengthening the engine behind our Commercial organization. As a Senior BDR / Sales Support Hybrid on the Commercial Operations team, you will partner directly with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, marketing, and business development leadership to drive pipeline generation while supporting a defined set of complex accounts. You will close structural gaps in multi-threaded deals by combining outbound prospecting, account research, discovery-call preparation, and day-to-day sales support so our sales leaders can execute more effectively across a targeted book of business.

This is a fully remote role.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • In your first 3 months:

    • Build a deep understanding of your assigned territories, target accounts, and stakeholders, including public sector and health systems environments where applicable.

    • Partner with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales to stand up a high-quality, well-segmented pipeline of prospects across a defined set of complex accounts.

    • Ramp on Hinge Health’s messaging, tools, and workflows so you can execute consistent, high-quality outreach and follow-through.

  • In your first 6 months:

    • Consistently generate and progress qualified opportunities through thoughtful, personalized outreach via email, phone, and other targeted channels, improving conversion from interest to meeting to opportunity.

    • Strengthen multi-threaded sales efforts by driving account research, discovery-call preparation, and day-of support that help sales leaders navigate complex buying groups.

    • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing partners to sharpen targeting, improve meeting quality and handoffs, and capture feedback that informs future campaigns and plays.

  • In your first year:

    • Become a go-to partner for a portfolio of complex accounts, proactively identifying structural gaps in deals and proposing concrete actions to drive momentum and close rates.

    • Use Salesforce and our sales engagement toolset (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft, 6sense, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to run data-informed, high-impact workflows that scale across your book of business.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of our commercial motions by sharing field insights, experimenting with new approaches (including AI-assisted research), and documenting best practices for the broader team.

Who You Are
  • A tenacious, organized operator who can manage competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution and follow-through across multiple accounts and stakeholders.

  • A strong cross-functional collaborator who builds trust with sales leaders, marketers, and operations partners, and is comfortable operating across different market segments, including public sector and health systems environments.

  • A “learn-it-all” who leverages research and AI tools to uncover account insights, test new outreach strategies, and continuously refine your approach based on what works.

  • An effective communicator who can educate prospects on the value of Hinge Health through clear, personalized outreach and well-prepared discovery and follow-up interactions.

  • Resilient and data-informed, with a bias toward action and ownership in driving pipeline and supporting complex, multi-threaded deals.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales development, sales support, or a similar go-to-market role.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles in partnership with account executives, sales leaders, or other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement or prospecting tools such as Outreach or Salesloft, 6sense, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-threaded accounts in large or strategic segments.

  • Experience working with public sector or health systems accounts.

  • Strong research skills using AI tools with the ability to translate account insights into practical next steps.

  • Demonstrated ability to personalize outreach and adjust strategy based on market or account context.

  • Track record of staying organized and resilient while managing competing priorities.
