We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to be the day-to-day steward of how our brand shows up in the world, with a strong point of view on how to turn consumer understanding into ideas that build the brand and drive the business. Reporting to our VP of Brand, this role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, culture, creativity, and commerce.

You’ll shape how the brand comes to life across campaigns and key consumer touchpoints—from DTC and Amazon to social, events, and partnerships—and partner with Product & Retail Marketing on product launches and retail. This is a role for a strategic and creative marketer who knows how to make things happen: someone who can connect the dots across teams, turn insights into action, and move fluidly between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop the GTM strategy for brand campaigns, from positioning and creative to integrated execution, and partner with Product & Retail Marketing to bring product and retail launches to life
  • Build brand plans in partnership with creative, channel, social, events, partnerships, and Product & Retail Marketing teams
  • Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into activations that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty
  • Maintain brand cohesion across DTC, Amazon, and other channels, and provide the brand guardrails and toolkit that retail marketing executes against
  • Identify opportunities to extend the brand into culturally relevant moments across social, events, and partnerships, partnering with Retail Marketing where moments drive shoppers to retail
  • Support brand partnerships that drive affinity, acquisition, and retention, partnering with Product on collaborations that involve product
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives aligned, moving, and on strategy
  • Use data, consumer response, and cultural feedback to sharpen the approach over time
  • Report brand and campaign performance, learnings, and priorities to cross-functional partners
  • Bring original ideas to the table and continually push how the brand shows up in the world

Requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand management or an equivalent marketing role, ideally in CPG
  • Track record of developing and executing integrated brand plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in a DTC-first business with omnichannel exposure across Amazon and retail
  • Strong ability to translate consumer insights and brand strategy into marketing that resonates
  • Sharp instincts for culture, creative, and what makes brand storytelling compelling
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to move quickly across multiple work-streams
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working cross-functionally across an organization
  • Clear communicator and problem-solver who can operate and influence decision independently
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, brings original ideas to the table, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
