You bring a strategic mindset, an established network, and the ability to engage senior executives in meaningful conversations about their business priorities.

You will work closely with practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop compelling solutions that address client challenges while contributing to Logic20/20's continued growth.

What You'll Do

Drive New Business Development

  • Own the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and opportunity identification through deal qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition.

  • Build and execute strategic account and territory plans to develop a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Proactively engage C-suite executives and senior business and technology leaders to understand their priorities and identify opportunities for partnership.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue, pipeline development, and new business acquisition targets.

Lead Consultative and Solution-Based Selling

  • Position Logic20/20 as a trusted partner by connecting client business challenges with our capabilities in AI, advanced analytics, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs, business drivers, and strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate with consulting practice leaders and technical SMEs to develop differentiated solutions, proposals, and presentations.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build consensus among executive decision-makers.

  • Develop compelling business cases that articulate measurable business value and return on investment.

Build Strategic Relationships and Market Presence

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and strategic partners.

  • Leverage existing professional networks while continuously developing new relationships and market opportunities.

  • Identify emerging industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client challenges to inform business development strategies.

  • Represent Logic20/20 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  • Partner with internal leadership to identify opportunities for expanding our market presence and service offerings.

Collaborate to Deliver Growth

  • Work closely with consulting and delivery leadership to ensure opportunities align with our capabilities and growth priorities.

  • Facilitate effective transitions from sales to delivery while maintaining strong executive relationships.

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through additional services and solutions.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasts within CRM systems.

  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and business development processes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account development, preferably within management consulting, technology consulting, or professional services.

  • Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise clients and consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

  • Proven ability to build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship development.

  • Experience selling complex, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements with multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles.

  • Established relationships with senior executives and demonstrated ability to engage C-suite decision-makers.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, including one or more of the following: artificial intelligence, data and analytics, cloud modernization, digital transformation, or business strategy.

  • Experience partnering with technical and consulting teams to develop solutions, respond to RFPs, and close complex engagements.

  • Strong negotiation, executive presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships and business development activities.

  • Experience selling consulting services into the Energy & Utilities industry or other highly regulated industries.

  • Established relationships within investor-owned utilities, public power organizations, or large enterprise accounts.

  • Familiarity with utility industry challenges such as grid modernization, operational efficiency, infrastructure resilience, and digital transformation.
