What You’ll Do:

About the role: The Business Operations Manager will support the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure streamlined activities aligned with leadership priorities. Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate cross-functional reviews, support executive communications, and help develop insights that drive leadership decision-making. You’ll assist with planning cycles, team engagement initiatives, and the execution of key organizational priorities. This role is ideal for someone energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Rhythm of the Business by coordinating key business management activities that help maintain an effective operating cadence across the COO organization.
  • Assist in developing and executing engagement plans for team communications, including all-hands meetings, AMA sessions, town halls, and responses to organizational feedback.
  • Support leadership team planning efforts by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, and helping track progress against organizational roadmaps and charters.
  • Partner with the People team and leadership to support initiatives related to organizational priorities, workforce planning, and operational excellence.
  • Support budget tracking and headcount planning processes, including coordinating inputs and preparing reporting to support leadership visibility.
  • Assist with executive initiatives and communications, including preparation of materials for leadership meetings, events, customer engagements, and strategic discussions.
  • Support efforts to review and improve organizational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, coordination, and productivity.

Who You Are: 

  • 4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in high-growth technology or infrastructure organizations strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop actionable insights.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
