The opportunity
Unity's Grow division is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as the strategic liaison between our regional revenue leaders and the central business. This role combines executive presence, stakeholder management, and operational excellence—driving initiatives forward with go-to-market teams while ensuring regional voice influences product, marketing, and company strategy.

You'll be the pusher and advocate for our revenue teams, representing regional leaders to the business while building the operational infrastructure that enables their success. You'll translate customer feedback into a coherent story, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the business hears and responds to what's happening on the ground.

This is a high-impact role for someone who builds trust quickly with executives, thrives on managing stakeholders, and knows how to drive initiatives to completion across organizational boundaries.

What you'll be doing

Stakeholder Management & Regional Advocacy

  • Serve as the primary liaison between regional revenue leaders (Sales and Account Management) and central business functions (Product, Marketing, Leadership), representing business teams and ensuring priorities and feedback influence strategic decisions
  • Translate regional needs into clear business requirements and drive them through organizational processes

Initiative Driver for Go-to-Market Teams

  • Push initiatives forward with GTM teams, ensuring cross-functional projects move from planning to execution
  • Remove blockers and navigate organizational complexity to keep revenue teams moving
  • Hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines while maintaining strong working relationships

Voice of the Business & Feedback Infrastructure

  • Own the feedback loop from regional teams and customers back to Product, Marketing, and leadership. Facilitate alignment meetings with cross-functional leaders
  • Build systematic feedback collection processes that capture insights from events, accounts, and client-facing teams
  • Create executive-ready reports and insights that translate intelligence into strategic priorities

Program & Process Management

  • Design and optimize workflows that enable revenue teams to execute efficiently across events, accounts, and customer touchpoints
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from inception through delivery
  • Drive adoption of new processes and systems across the organization

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in business operations, program management, or strategic partnerships at a technology company
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with strong executive presence, ability to command the room and influence without authority
  • Relationship builder who establishes trust quickly across all levels of the organization
  • Track record driving initiatives with go-to-market teams
  • Program/project management expertise, delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable presenting to executives

You might also have

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Background in advertising, gaming, or technology companies
  • Salesforce CRM experience for tracking and reporting
  • History working as a "business partner" embedded with GTM teams
  • Experience with AI productivity tools and workflow automation

Additional information

  • Relocation support is not available for this position
  • Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
