  • Expansion: Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams.
  • Workforce Planning: Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and other internal People teams
  • Senior Leadership Development: Partner with Operations leaders on executive development, coaching, and succession planning for the senior leadership population.
  • Talent Calibration: Drive talent mapping and calibration for Ops leadership, holding the bar on job architecture and leveling.
  • Org Design: Advise Operations leaders on org structure, spans and layers, and headcount decisions as our team structures evolve across new geographies and facilities.
  • People Risk & Workplace Advisory: Consult on complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diverse experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found make people thrive here:

- Be Curious at Your Core: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand root causes, and apply learnings to improve outcomes.

- Act Like an Owner: You take responsibility for your cases and follow through with care and attention to detail.

- Empower Employees: You champion an equitable employee experience by coaching leaders and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and treated fairly.

- Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences: You approach managers, employees, and cross-functional partners with professionalism, empathy, and consistency, ensuring they feel supported in even the most challenging moments.

- Achieve More Together: You collaborate seamlessly with People Business Partners, and other People teams, recognizing that the best solutions come from working as one team with shared goals.
