About the Role

ROLLER is looking for a Senior Business Solutions Architect/Analyst to serve as the systems owner for ChargeBee and the architect of automation across our business systems landscape. You'll be the single point of accountability for ChargeBee — its configuration, governance, roadmap, and vendor relationship — while also designing how it connects to Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems across the quote-to-cash lifecycle using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone comfortable owning a critical system end-to-end: making the configuration and access decisions, managing the vendor relationship, driving the roadmap, and building the automations that keep it in sync with the rest of the business. You'll be trusted to lead projects independently, mentor other analysts, and make architectural recommendations that shape how ROLLER scales its business systems.

What You'll Do

  • Own ChargeBee as a system of record end-to-end: configuration, environment governance, access and permissions management, release/upgrade evaluation, and overall platform health.
  • Act as ROLLER's primary point of contact with ChargeBee — managing the vendor relationship, support escalations, contract/tier renewals, and staying ahead of roadmap changes that affect ROLLER.
  • Define and enforce configuration standards and change-management processes for ChargeBee so pricing, plans, dunning, and revenue recognition logic stay consistent, auditable, and scalable as the business grows.
  • Own the ChargeBee roadmap: prioritize enhancements, evaluate new ChargeBee features/modules, and make build-vs-configure-vs-integrate calls in partnership with Finance and RevOps stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows (using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform) that connect ChargeBee with Salesforce, NetSuite (or other ERP/finance tools), and other downstream systems, ensuring data integrity across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Architect end-to-end business systems solutions across CRM, billing, and finance platforms, evaluating trade-offs between build, buy, and integrate approaches.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and translate business problems into technical specifications.
  • Lead system implementations and enhancements from discovery through deployment, including data mapping, testing, and change management.
  • Own data integrity and auditability for ChargeBee data and its downstream integrations, including monitoring, error-handling, and reconciliation processes.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of ChargeBee configuration, system architecture, integration logic, and business processes — serving as the source of truth for how ChargeBee is set up and why.
  • Mentor junior analysts and act as a technical advisor on best practices for systems design, ChargeBee governance, and automation.
  • Stay current on ChargeBee and iPaaS platform updates and evaluate new features for applicability to ROLLER's stack.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solutions architecture, or systems ownership roles, including hands-on experience owning ChargeBee specifically (as a system administrator or system owner, not just a configurator) — this is a hard requirement.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a SaaS vendor relationship — renewals, escalations, roadmap influence — for a business-critical platform.
  • Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash process and how billing, CRM, and finance systems interact.
  • Comfort owning governance and change-management processes for a system that multiple teams depend on.
  • Proven ability to work independently, lead cross-functional projects, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and to the vendor.

Nice-to-have:

  • Hands-on experience with Workato specifically (strongly preferred); experience with Tray.io, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier also valued, with the ability to ramp quickly on Workato.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and familiarity with finance/ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Broader SaaS or subscription-business experience.
