What Impact You'll Have

  •  GRVTY is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead and execute complex, high-value capture efforts across its Intelligence Community and Department of Defense portfolios.
  •  This role is responsible for shaping, managing, and winning large-scale opportunities, with a particular focus on CIA, DIA, DoD (all), NGA, NRO, or USCC mission areas. The ideal candidate brings deep capture leadership experience, a proven record of success on $100M+ pursuits, and the ability to independently drive capture strategy from early shaping through award.
  •  The Senior Capture Manager will work closely with Account Management, Business Development, Solution Architecture, Proposal Management, Executive Leadership, and Program Management to translate customer mission needs into differentiated, executable solutions and winning proposals.

What You'll be Owning

  •  Lead end-to-end capture activities for complex, competitive opportunities valued at $100M+, from early shaping and customer engagement through proposal submission and award.
  •  Develop and execute comprehensive capture strategies, including win themes, competitive assessments, teaming strategies, pricing approaches, and solution positioning.
  •  Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned captures, ensuring disciplined execution of GRVTY capture processes and milestone events.
  •  Engage directly with customers to understand mission needs, acquisition strategies, and technical drivers, and translate those insights into actionable capture plans.
  •  Build, manage, and lead cross-functional capture teams including technical leads, solution architects, pricing, contracts, and proposal staff
  •  Identify, evaluate, and negotiate teaming and partnership strategies to strengthen competitive positioning and address capability gaps.
  •  Coordinate closely with solution architects and technical leadership to shape compliant, differentiated, and executable technical solutions.
  •  Oversee development of capture artifacts including capture plans, customer call plans, competitive intelligence assessments, and proposal outlines.
  •  Support proposal development activities as required, including color team participation, executive reviews, and final proposal production.
  •  Maintain accurate and timely reporting of capture status, risks, and probability of win to executive and senior leadership.

What You Must Have

  •  Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  •  15+ years of direct capture management experience supporting IC and/or DoD customers.
  •  Demonstrated experience leading and winning complex capture efforts valued at $100M+.
  •  Proven ability to independently manage large, matrixed capture teams across business development, technical, pricing, contracts, and proposal functions.
  •  Deep understanding of IC and DoD acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and competitive dynamics.
  •  Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into executable capture strategies.
  •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with customer and industry stakeholders.
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent captures under aggressive timelines.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

What Would be Nice to Have

  •  Experience leading simultaneous captures across multiple IC agencies and mission domains.
  •  Prior success capturing work on large IDIQs, task orders, or enterprise-level contracts.
  •  Experience mentoring and developing staff to support captures or to serve in ad-hoc capture roles.
  •  Familiarity with emerging technology domains.

  • The pay range for this position is: $215,000.00 - $300,000.00
