The Role

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to lead our fast-paced Consumer Marketing strategy and execution, with a critical focus on commercial plans and Medicare program populations, maximizing patient enrollment across both commercial and government-sponsored segments.

In this pivotal role, you'll be a central figure in defining and executing Lark's ambitious growth strategies within the commercial plans and Medicare programs, including Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP) and CMS ACCESS, driving enrollment and engagement from new and existing partner populations. You will develop and execute audience-specific campaigns that reflect a deep understanding of the distinct needs, communication preferences, and regulatory constraints of both commercially-insured members and Medicare beneficiaries.

You’ll own end-to-end execution of consumer-facing campaigns, from awareness to enrollment, engagement, and retention, including campaign design, content development, QA, launch, and performance reporting.

This is a highly collaborative role that demands exceptional leadership and coordination with both external PBM partners, Medicare program stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams, including our talented design, marketing operations, and strategy teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner Strategy & Engagement: Lead marketing representation in critical external commercial plan partner meetings, confidently sharing strategic campaign updates, enrollment performance insights, and proactively addressing partner needs and challenges specific to their member base.

  • Plan-Specific Asset Development & Management: Collaborate closely with account management and directly with external partners to proactively define, develop, and deliver essential marketing assets, including campaign design and content (e.g., mailers, digital ads, web content), that resonate with members and align with their unique communication channels and compliance requirements.

  • Medicare Campaign Execution Lead end-to-end marketing execution for Medicare programs, including MDPP and CMS ACCESS, designing campaigns that meet the unique motivations, literacy levels, and preferred communication channels of Medicare beneficiaries (adults 65+).

  • Enrollment Campaign Ownership: Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact consumer enrollment campaigns specifically designed for commercial and Medicare plan members, driving new user acquisition and activation.

  • Support the Account Management: Partner closely with AM teams to respond to client marketing requests and optimize campaigns to meet partner expectations, including occasional client-facing meetings.

  • Advanced Performance Analytics & Enrollment Insights: Lead campaign performance tracking across daily to quarterly cadences, with a focus on enrollment and engagement metrics. Translate data into actionable insights and present results to stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide strategy.

  • Compliance & Governance: Partner closely with legal and other stakeholders to ensure that all marketing materials consistently comply with government regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Strategic Problem-Solving for Enrollment Barriers: Use strategic thinking to identify and resolve complex campaign or enrollment issues, ensuring smooth launches and ongoing funnel optimization.

What You’ll Need

  • Healthcare Marketing Experience: Proven background in healthcare marketing with significant experience focused on commercial and Medicare plans and driving patient/member enrollment initiatives, with a strong preference for Medicare experience

  • DTC & Enrollment Leadership: Track record of leading direct-to-consumer campaigns that deliver measurable enrollment and activation in complex healthcare environments.

  • Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Driven: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in navigating healthcare and Medicare compliance and executing flawless member communications.

  • Analytical Acumen for Conversion: Strong analytical skills with a focus on enrollment funnel performance and conversion optimization.

  • Agile Mindset & Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments; quickly adapts to evolving PBM partner needs and market shifts.

  • Strategic Problem Solver & Influencer: Effectively resolves complex challenges related to partner integration and enrollment, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Marketing Leadership: Extensive experience in channel, lifecycle, and CRM marketing, ideally within commercial plans and Medicare programs.

  • Marketing Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially in managing member journeys and driving enrollment.
