Unstuck Engine — Co-Founder Level Equity (3-8%) + Claude Max Subscription
Post-Seed: converts to equity + competitive salary

We have the plan. We need the builder.

  • Unstuck Engine is building what comes after Clay — a sheetless intelligence and orchestration layer for B2B GTM. Real-time signal processing, multi-ICP scoring, waterfall enrichment, audience orchestration. Revenue generating. Raising now.
  • Here's what makes us different from every other "join my startup" post:
  • We already architected everything. 17 detailed product specs. Full database schema. Every API endpoint defined. Every Edge Function contracted. Full dependency graph with execution timeline. All public: github.com/ivan-unstuck/unstuck/tree/main/docs/specs
  • You're not joining to debate architecture in meetings. You're joining to ship a product that's already designed, using Claude Code as your primary tool.

The deal, honestly

  • Now (pre-Seed): 3-8% equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff) + we pay your Claude Max ($200/mo). No salary. You need personal runway for ~6 months.
  • Post-Seed raise (~6 months): Equity + competitive salary. We're raising, and the first hire gets compensated properly once we close.
  • Why this is worth it: You're getting co-founder-level equity at a company with revenue, product, detailed specs, and a raise in progress. The last time someone built "the next Clay" and got traction, the company was worth $1.5B within 3 years. Your equity has a real shot at being worth something.

What you'll own

Repo/What You Build:

  1. unstuck-app - Next.js SPA — every UI page (signals, qualification, enrichment, records, audiences, destinations, insights, billing)
  2. unstuck-n8n - n8n workflow modifications, signal source integrations
  3. Connectors - 60+ destination adapters (Instantly, HeyReach, Salesforce via Ampersand, etc.)
  4. Copilot - CopilotKit integration — inline AI assistant with Claude API

What I need from you

  1. Claude Code is your IDE. You spend 8+ hours/day in it. You know MCP servers, plugins, slash commands, and hooks. You've shipped real products with it — not just experimented.
  2. You execute from specs. Our 17 specs define every endpoint, every table, every data flow. You read the spec, you ship it. Completely. Error handling, tests, edge cases — first time. No "polish later."
  3. Full-stack TypeScript builder. React, Postgres/Supabase, APIs, n8n workflows — you move across the stack in the same day. Comfortable with Edge Functions, PostgREST, and Realtime.
  4. Startup intensity. This is a race to $1M ARR. We work 10-12 hours/day, 6 days/week. Sunday is for recovery so you can sustain this for months, not burn out in 3 weeks.
  5. You have ~6 months runway. Equity-only until Seed closes. If your bank account can't handle 6 months without income, the timing isn't right — no shame in that.

The tech stack

Supabase (Postgres + Edge Functions + Auth + Realtime), Next.js, n8n, Stripe (usage-based credits), CopilotKit + Claude API, Cloudflare Workers, PostHog, Upstash Redis, shadcn/ui + Tailwind, TypeScript

Location

US time zones required. LA/West Coast strongly preferred. Fully remote OK if you're productive async and available for overlap hours.

What you get (besides equity)

  • Ship an entire product in weeks. Most engineers spend years in a codebase and never see the whole thing. You'll build the full stack — from schema to Edge Functions to UI to MCP server — in a month.
  • Work directly with the CEO. No layers. No PMs. No Jira. Direct Slack, daily async, weekly call.
  • Claude Max paid. $200/mo covered by us.
  • Co-founder-level equity with a clear path to salary post-raise.
  • Build in the hottest B2B category. GTM infrastructure + AI is where the money is flowing right now.

This is for you if

  • You've shipped products with Claude Code, not just tried it
  • You want to build a company, not just have a job
  • You can read a spec and ship it without asking 20 clarifying questions
  • You think 6 days/week at a startup sounds exciting, not exhausting
  • You have the financial runway to bet on yourself for 6 months

This is NOT for you if

  • You need a salary from day 1 (totally valid, just wrong timing)
  • You've never used Claude Code in production
  • You want to architect from scratch (we already did that)
  • You work best in 40-hour weeks

To apply (pick one)

Option A: Record a 2-minute Loom showing you building something with Claude Code. Anything real — a component, an API, a workflow. Show your speed and judgment.

Option B: Read any one of our specs and send us 3 things you'd build differently or flag as risks. Shows us you can think, not just code.

Either way, include: your Claude Code hours/week, your GitHub, and one sentence on why you want this.
