 Job Description: 

You will be responsible for continuous and long-term improvement of our testing process and growth. The ideal candidate will need to possess experience with latest engineering tools and practices for Cloud applications. The automation experience is nice to have.

As a member of this team, you will:

  • Manage testing life cycle of our crisis communication delivery services including Telephony, SMS, Email and Pager.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the testing organization
  • Analyze our existing product portfolio and new features and design efficient strategies to ensure quality by an astute balance of testing efforts and managing quality risk
  • Refine and optimize our quality processes by implementing best practices for QA
  • Actively participate in architecture & design discussions to ensure that quality is designed-in from the planning phase
  • Actively participate in requirement analysis to develop efficient Test plans and Test Design specifications
  • Drive rapid acceleration of automation initiatives through analysis, deployment and operation of best-of-breed automation tools suited to the product line and testing scenario.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as Software QA/QE testing multi-tier enterprise services
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco UCM, Wireshark, Log analysis tools, SQL Server
  • Protocol knowledge and testing experience on protocols: SIP, SMPP, SMTP, SOAP and REST APIs
  • Proven track record in establishing and managing test systems for large scale software products
  • Proven track record in working across teams spread across time zones, including product management, project management, development, testing and operations, to establish strong quality practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Programming skills in one or more scripting language is preferred (e.g. Python or node.js)
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related area of study (M.S. preferred) and be eligible to work in the United States.
